This is something from work I can share as it is a public matter. I helped some over a period of years to get this settlement signed. Principally, I checked the settlement against Congress's authorizing legislation and coordinated legal approvals between our Department and the Department of Justice.
With typical government efficiency, this arrived in the mail today - the day before the event in Washington, DC. But that's OK because our travel budget is sequestered anyway.
